Paper upload information - Please visit http://edit.ipac19.org/ if you are writing your paper in MS Word. This tool can catch common errors in paper submissions. Also check out http://ref.ipac19.org/ if you are citing any papers from previous JACoW conferences (e.g. IPAC, NAPAC, ICALEPCS, PCaPAC, IBIC, etc.); it can give you easy cut-and-paste references that are correctly formatted (for both MS Word and LaTeX).

Reminder: The cut-off date for room reservations in the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge is September 20th, 2019. After this date the conference preferred rate of $309 will no longer be available! The cost for a room will be much higher due to high demand. Please make your room reservations prior to this date.
